The Housing Partnership of Chester County is currently without funds for this program. Our assistance is not possible without your help. Please consider sending a donation now for the upcoming winter months. We expect many applications this year. Our seniors need your help!

Eligibility Requirements
  • Total annual income for all members of the household must be less than the amount listed below.
  • An owner of the home must be 70 years of age or older.
  • Can provide a copy of a photo ID or birth certificate.
  • Be responsible for the payment of household fuel: gas, electric, oil or propane.

This is a one-time only program! Our funds are limited, so please return your application along with the necessary documents as soon as possible. Assistance is awarded on a first come basis.  Incomplete applications will delay assistance. Please be aware, this is not an emergency program and immediate delivery of fuel may not be possible. We are not able to pay past due fuel bills.
