The Housing Partnership of Chester County has the answers to help you understand and simplify the homebuying process.

Our classes teach you what you need to know to successfully purchase a home and secure a mortgage that will meet your financial needs. These classes are free and are required for participation in the First Time Home Buyer Program.

After you have submitted your application, please review the schedule and use the provided contact form to sign up. If you are unable to attend the scheduled date(s), please send us an email with your name and contact information so we may place you on the list for upcoming workshops. We currently offer classes online and do not offer telephone counseling.

Please be aware these classes have limited seating. Due to the nature of the class, NO CHILDREN will be allowed to attend and other arrangements should be made.
