​Eligibility Requirements
  • Applicant must be 65 years of age or older.
  • Applicant must be a primary owner of the dwelling in need of repair.
  • Applicant cannot own any other property.
  • Property must be the applicant's primary residence.
  • Total household income must fall at or below 50% of the Median Income Limits.
