Dear Nancy,
Wow! I can't believe it has been 7 months since I purchased my home! Without your help, that would not have been possible. I really just want to say "thank you" for your passion and willingness to help others and see others move forward in life. I really appreciate all the help that you have given me in regards to the Partnership. I know this is long overdue, but I really appreciate your assistance in the home buying process. Hi Nancy,
I wanted to thank you again for all your hard work on getting my mom's house rehabilitated. I talked with my mom and Cathy recently and was amazed at all the improvements that have been made.  Mom is very pleased and excited.  I know they are both hard to deal with at times, so thank you for your patience and perseverance.  I cannot believe how much was done with such minimal effort on our part.  You took care of everything.  All credit to you and your organization! What a wonderful and amazing program in Pennsylvania! Please thank your support staff and contractors for me as well!

Hi Paul,
In the past, as you know, I was delinquent on some creditor accounts due to being laid off from two previous employers, who went out of business due to financial difficulties. When I got back on my feet, I was able to repair my credit by contacting my creditors and explaining my situation and getting credit counseling. I have learned so much from you about credit that was never taught to me by my parents or through my schooling. I feel today I'm in a better place financially and your programs prepared me to become a homeowner in the near future.

This letter is long overdue. I wanted to thank you so very much for all the help you have provided to myself and my family over the years. I first met you in 2006. I was dealing with many financial issues and facing foreclosure. Thanks to your guidance, counseling and commitment I was able to save my home.
The past several years have also proven to be a very challenging time for myself as well as my family members.  You have also helped to save their homes. I honestly do not know what we would have done without your organization. So many agencies out there are like sharks swarming around their prey. Your agency is trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable.
I am positive the future will continue to challenge all of us financially but thanks to Housing Partnership of Chester County, it is not nearly as intimidating or stressful. You provided me with solid information and tools to deal with the ongoing changes life throws at us. If I find myself uncertain of anything related to my financial well-being, I have peace of mind knowing you are only a phone call away.
